Dr Jessamy Hibberd
Dr Jessamy (BSc, MSc, DClinPsy, PgDip) is an award winning London-based Chartered Clinical Psychologist, author and commentator.
With over 15 years in clinical practice, she works one-to-one with adults experiencing common mental health problems like anxiety, depression or low self-esteem (you can read the full story of Noodle here).
Co-author of the bestselling "THIS BOOK WILL..." series (rights sold in eleven countries), and a go-to media psychologist, regularly contributing content to almost every newspaper and magazine you can think of.
She was the headline speaker at Ted-X University of Nicosia in November 2017.
Her motto is “what we do every day makes the biggest difference, it’s the small steps that lead to the greatest changes.”
How we feel is a natural product of all of our choices, but especially the small choices that each of us makes every day (listen to her TEDx to hear more about this).
It’s this simple every day approach that is at the heart of Noodle. Looking after your mind is so much simpler than you think.
The ideas are easy to understand and straight forward to put into practice and the core component of the app will always remain free.
To make this dream a reality, she’s assembled a small team who share the same values.
Chris Banks has 20 years' experience working in and running tech companies. With a wealth of technical experience and a degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford, he brings a deep understanding of both the technological and theoretical basis of Noodle.
